Book online or call. We ask for your name, a phone number and the visit you want, and no health details until you are here.
Our patient forms open in the office's own portal, so you can fill them in before the visit.

The ophthalmic assistant takes the measurements, and the doctor reads them with you.

A copy of your prescription and the next step, in writing.

A routine exam is billed to a vision plan.

A visit for an eye problem or a follow-up is billed to medical insurance.
