What this website collects

This website collects only what you type into our message form: your name, a phone number, an email address, how and when you would like us to reach you and your message. The form asks for no medical details, and we ask you not to send any.

What we do with it

We use your message to call or write back to you. We do not sell it. Your health information is kept in the office's own records and in our patient portal, not on this website.

Booking and forms

The Book online button and the patient forms open pages run by other providers. Those pages have their own privacy terms.

Your choices

Call the office to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it or to ask us to delete a message you sent through this website.
